Woman in Burning Truck Keeps Driving!

Perhaps I am just crazy or perhaps my limited common sense is far superior to some, but I would think that I would notice the vehicle I am driving is on fire. Now it happened in Michigan so perhaps she just thought she had her heater on high, but what about the smoke? Not to mention the fact that I would have checked the car for damage (after moving to safety of course) and would like to think that my vision is good enough to notice smoke and flames.
